The skinned for crap - their service is worse
I received this make a fifteen months ago as a gift bought through Amazon. I used it as a special occasion dress watch over. I used it three times and it stopped running. I had to send it to them with a ten dollar fee under their warranty. It took eight weeks to get back. I went to use it several month later and it stopped the first antiquated I used it, exactly the same way it stopped before. I contacted their service center they said send it back without the ten dollar fee. I send it, with proceeds mail, in June - it is now October and I cannot get any word as to where it is. They don't reply to emails, don't answer their phone and don't exchange voice mails. The watch is pretty as a picture and just as useful. If I still had it, it would tell me the counterbalance time at least twice a day - I can't even get that from it. Stay away from this company all together.
Akribos XXIV Men's 'Saturnos' Skeleton Natural
This alert for is very nice looking, and wears very comfortably. It is some times troublesome to see the hour and minute hands beacuse they seem to coalesce in to the background in some lower lighhting conditions. Like most automatic watches, this watch seems to garner about 5-7 seconds a day. I wear this watch with both a suit at work and out with my wife in a more casual spirit and it goes very nice in either setting. The case appears to be well constructed and the band is also well made and very comfortable. I would recomend this sentry and think it is a nice addition for any watch collection.

Abundant watch and customer service. With some flaws.
For a chinese made impersonal watch in a low budget range it seems to hold its own fairly well. The dial is easily visible with exact, easy to read numbers. Other than a slight misalignment of the 12, 9 and 3 dials for the most part it is perfect.The team up is a bit smaller than standard American bands and fairly narrow. The synthetic sapphire also seems to put off true to the name and after a few scrapes into things has been fairly scratch resistant. It seems to use an unknown Chinese etched offset for the parts that is found in several other brands such as Armitron and Stuhrling (Also owned by the owners of Akribos). This watch mainly has the more favourably of the very visible dial when compared to other "generic Chinese skeletons" However it does have a few flaws 1)The oscillating strain is fairly stiff. It takes quite a bit of force for it to move when compared to other automatic watches. It also makes a virtually audible cranking sound in a quiet room...

Indigent within a week
This wrist-watch stopped working for me within a week of owning it. As other reviewers have already said, the mechanics in this watch are broken, and the watch will often just stop, regardless of how wound up it is. Eventually, my watch stopped and never started again, so I was stilted to return it. It really is a beautiful watch, so it's a shame it's so flawed. Additionally, not having covey markers of any sort of the watch was a bit irritating, but it's easy enough to get used to it and learn how to guesstimate the interval. And this watch is LOUD. This is a elegant watch, and is one that keeps accurate time throughout a day. Extremely satisfied with this purchase, however I took off one famous for two minor reasons: 1. This watch is not an automatic watch, meaning that it has to be wound to keep the habits. A full wind will keep the watch running for about 40 hours (according to an Arkibos Representative), however I've noticed that is more like 30 - 35 hours. You can in the air the watch during the course of the day, in which case it wouldn't stop unless you forgot to wind it. This is the carton will all skeleton watches, however I just wish that the wind lasted for a little longer that what I have in the know. 2. The second negative with this watch is that while it is keeping time, the second hand creates a absolutely loud ticking noise while on the hand. A Beneficent Beauty
I bought this mind for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It is a beautiful piece however, it is extremely large and heavy. This is truly a observe for someone who has some size to him to pull it off. My husband loves it and the compliments he gets every time he wears it.

I don't remember what some of the other people that bought this watch and then reviewed it badly were thinking. I just got the watch yesterday and its breathtaking. Of course it doesn't look as good as the picture, nothing you buy on the internet does. I'm telling you this timepiece is great. I've only wore it once and got like 10 comments on it. Not only is it a looker its a great value. The diamonds are valid. Everything about this watch is high end. I mean look at the normal price of this watch. It was [...] and now its [...]. Can't bone-tired that. Yes its heavy and yes its huge. If you don't have a big wrist, you may have to remove a link or two. I have a normal size wrist and it is slacken on me but comfortable. That's the way I like my watches. Also has a stop watch built in. Overall if you want a bad ass, steep end watch for a forth of the price. Buy this bad boy.

Nicest make I ever purchased
This is one of the nicest watches I have ever edge. I dont know what other heads are saying about this watch saying that its bad. Honestly there trip'n. This guard is somewhat heavy and big but you will get use to it when you wear it. When you open the case, the watch is sparkling like bats especially if you put it towards the light like at the mall. Like the other guy said in this review, I wore this be vigilant for like five times and I got so much complements on this watch. Some of my friends taught that I spend a lot of money but the appraisal is perfect for this watch. If your thinking about purchasing this watch, you will not regret buying this watch.
