Not a NATO watchband
I already own a Swiss Followers with a 20mm titanium band and wanted to try out a nylon band. I bought a stainless steel Seiko SNK793K, which requires a combo unite width of 18mm (I was told by my coworkers that's too narrow to be a real man's watch; whateverz =P). Browsing through I wasn't inevitable what I wanted to match the stainless steel case so I went for a black band because I concede it'd have a classic look with the Seiko's navy watch face/dial. This jotting is actually a Zulu watchband and not a NATO. The Zulu has 3 ringed frames including the zip buckle. The NATO instead has 4 rectangular rings including the buckle. I feel the Zulu is a more dispassionate look than the NATO similar to how round eye frames look more casual than rectangular eye frames. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and the nylon troop will handle perspiration from my wrist during the summer months better than the original metal bracelet confederate.

This is a complicated NATO style watch band, and with the black/grey stripes, is the same style as dead on one's feet by Sean Connery in Thunderbird and Goldfinger. Makes you feel like James Engagement... well not quite, but its a nice sports style watch band. The overall magnitude of the watch band is about 10 3/4" and the buckle holes are sized for a wrist as small as 6 3/4" to 9 3/4" in circumference. I inured to this band for a Man's Swiss Army Classic watch (the kind with the red bezel), and the 18mm width is the decorous width. While the description calls this band a Zulu-NATO band, its in truth a NATO band I believe. I think the difference is the NATO band has 3 square D-rings, where the Zulu prototype only has 2, and the D-rings are more rounded in the Zulu version. And the NATO version has an extra bulge connected to the lone D-ring that perhaps secures the watch a bit better on your wrist. For this reason, I call to mind a consider the NATO style bands are better.
Looks very smug
I bought this party to replace a stainless steel bracelet on my Seiko 5. I wanted something that looked a dwarf more interesting than a generic (cheap) bracelet and wanted a little more comfort as well. This Reins NATO band is fantastic. It has totally transformed the look of my watch from just an generally looking Seiko into a very cool looking timepiece. I was a little worried that switching from the bracelet to a nylon keep would cheapen the look, but that's not the case at all. If anything, it looks like a more expensive watch now. Aside from the looks, it's made my chronometer much, much more comfortable to wear. I used to take it off for periods of time during the day because the metal against my skin would get a little uncomfortable. Now, I taking that I'm even wearing a watch. I put it on in the morning and take it off when I go to bed. No more having to take breaks from an uncomfortable watch. And the nylon has made the see itself much lighter...
Comfotable, in consideration of-weight band
This is a very cordial band that I bought to replace another fabric band. I like that the nylon material, differing from other fabric bands, doesn't absorb water when it gets wet and doesn't stay wet. It's glare, which is nice for hot climates. The sliding ring makes it much easier to fit the band on the watch, to other strap bands I've used. The band was a little long for me. I trimmed the end and used a facsimile to stop the nylon from fraying. Perfectly customized to fit.
