I guestimate this is what you pay for. It surely looked nice on the monitor. Although I am completely displeased with a one year old other name brand watch I was replacing, this was worse. The pack was cheap fell apart when making adjustments for fit. And then would not stay together. If the band would have been better, it may have been significance the money as a cheap watch to hold onto. Needless to say, it went back for a refund. Not recommended by me.

The Bellagio Attendants has a shower and a one-person whirlpool tub. One of the really expensive suites might have what you're looking for, but you would have to phone the hostelry to find out for sure.

I've lived in Vegas since before that show (2001 Billboard Music Awards) and I don't recall anything else like that on the Bellagio lake.
I'm guessing it would have to be a lyrical major event for it to happen again.
