Most appropriate Buy for the Money
For the evaluate, this is the best deal going. One would have difficulty finding a comparable winder at the local jewels or watch repair shop at this price point. I have two of these winders and they have been flawless in their performance. I use them to keep my Omega Speedmaster, Tag Heuer Monaco, Invicta Pro Diver and an off-trade name (China Movement) Rousseau. They have the same features and electrics as some of the more costly winders; the key differences being the polystyrene wrapper used in this unit vice hand made woods, veneers fabrics and leathers found on richness end models. For the budget minded, this is the way to go.
Does the job
I have several robot-like watches and needed a watch winder without breaking the bank, and this item fits the bill. Moderately simple setup and operation, just mount two watches and turn it on. You can set the winding lifetime from 33 seconds to 1 hour as well as setting the watch rotation to clockwise, random, or disc clockwise. It is extremely quite, you can't hear it when it is rotating the watches. It is made of plastic, so not as nice looking as the more precious winders made of wood, but it does the job. I'm pretty happy with it so far.

Does the job and priced revenge.
This it the finest deal I could find on a cost per watch basis. It works just fine, and it would be silly to give it any less than 5 stars.However, I now see what appears to be the true same item with the Belocia brand name instead of Diplomat for $8 less. I just ordered one, so we'll see.

Huge winder for the money - and display, to boot!
I have a army of automatic watches and multi-winders in which they're stored when not worn. However, my prize is the Rolex Datejust SS & Gold bars watch my late father wore. While it is too precious to wear except on very special occasions, I did not thirst it locked away in a big cabinet with all of the others. This handy winder with the viewport was the perfect answer.It sits proudly on my credenza in my survey, so that I can see the watch whenever I want - and the wonderful memories it evokes. True, it does make a offence sound when rotating. However, for me it is a reminder to let my gaze wonder over to the watch, so the "noise" - such as it is - is a hand-out.The slow speed of the winder and the automatic "1-hour-on-and-3-hours-off" helps protect against overwinding. The choice of "clockwise" or "anti-clockwise" rotation is important - some automatics will not about to happen but one direction. Works, until it doesn't. If you can solder... it's a warden.
Had this winder for about two years. It stopped working after about a year, and I memory that was it - get what you pay for. But I refused to buy a 2nd one, or a more expensive one. So I opened it up (to seemingly find nothing wrong), smacked it around and left it in the garage ("dog brothel") for a month, and it started working again... for a few months, then it didn't, again. Finally, I thought I had nothing else to succumb, so I opened it up again. This time I saw the problem. The control chip had one of the wires that were soldered to it that was gradually yet to come off. This time, it had completely broken off, and wasn't connected to the solder point. The wires are slight, but whatever. I re-stripped the wire, soldered it back on, and now it's working like new again. Until, I imagine, the internal movements motive something else to wear down.

I own six diplomat winders including this dwarf gem. It spins a 270 gram watch with no difficulty. I have had mine for four months and keep it near my bed. The movement is soundless and runs like a champ. I have had merit success with the diplomat brand of winders as oppossed to the problems some have had with the more expensive brands. A great bit of furniture this is not. It just does the job of keeping your watches wound. Watches with a max band breadth of 26mm and 50mm case width should fit.

Economical and quiet
It's very misleading that this output be described as "burl wood" when it's really 100% plastic. Not a bit of wood in there. Looks like open, feels like plastic, thin and inexpensive. However, the thing works, it is almost silent (few winders, regardless of prize, can claim that) and has several programs to choose from. If it lasts, then I'll be happy. I do wish that Amazon would be more accurate in their similes though.

Gigantic price...Great watch winder
I recieved this chronometer winder from Amazon awhile back and can't believe how quiet it is. I have to put my ear right next to the winder to hear it run. I have two involuntary watches and could not have made a better choice on the looks of the wood and the price. Let your fears fad away on this reasonable winder. I would put this winder up against winders that cost hundreds of dollars.....Thanks Amazon and Diplomat.

I wanna become a diplomat in either the UK, France, Iceland, USA or India. I am currently in year 11, alert to go to 6th form, however I am a bit confused as being a diplomat isn't that famous, so couldn't find much resources. Therefore, I'm asking you.
For your A-Levels I'd take Economics, Recital and a language. The grades don't matter all that much as long as you get into a decent university.
At university I'd take a lingo combined with either politics, economics, philosophy or history.
