I'm the foremost wife ever...
I bought this watch for my retain (the pickiest gift-receiver on the planet) for Fathers Day and he absolutely loves it! Another reviewer said, "It's almost as if transformers made a watch." and that's finally true. It's very heavy, but that adds to the manliness of it. And if he can't get to the gym, he can do bicep curls with it! It's a simply gorgeous watch.

costly but bulky watch
This is by far the nicest and classiest watch I have purchased. The yellow overwhelming second hand did it for me! I was looking for a larger, heavier bulkier watch and I found it! Very classy and sporty ! But sign,,,this is not a watch if you are of a smaller build or do not have somewhat large forearms. I am 5'10" 220 lbs weight lifter so I am on the stalky side. If you are of a smaller increase I do not think that this watch is for you..You may be walking crooked from the weight of the watch! But I have no regrets...best watch I have ever purchased and believe me I own a lot of watches!

Precisionist...should be Obsessive
Like the other reviews, the measure of this watch is not for the faint of wrist, but I love large watches. This watch gets looks, the angles on the strap have some masterful angles and you cannot help but notice the reflection it puts off. The finish is so bright and pristine it honestly shines. Great color combination that goes with everything. It is not a daily wearer for me, but perfect for the unceasingly out or when you want to feel confident from the obviously cool watch you are sporting.

This is an certainly fantastic watch (Black/Brown Leather Watch) I look at a watch as two things: a mechanical time ruined and a piece of art. As a mechanical time piece, the Bulova Precisionist line claims to be accurate within 10 seconds a year. A regular watch is accurate within 15 seconds a month. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing the watch, because I wanted to attest to Bulova's claim. So far I detect no differences in its accuracy from month to month. What makes the watch so accurate? The sparkler in this watch vibrates 8 times faster than normal, which means the second hand never stops! If you look at a conformist watch, the second hand stops after it "ticks" each second. On the Precisionist watch, the seconds hand never stops--it is a continuously total seconds hand. illustrious Bulova watch. Very pleased!
Have had this watch for a yoke weeks now and I really like it. This will be my 3rd Bulova for me, the first being my grandfathers from the 1940's and it's still going great. The all black on this one is very knowledgeable looking. I almost sprung for the gold face with the steel bracelet because I wasn't sure about the rubber one; however, I in fact dig it. The rubber really holds the watch in place on your wrist, which is nice for something this bold. This watch is super substantial and the sweeping second hand is truly cool and really makes the watch. A guy on here said his watch was fogging up, but I can catchy much guarantee you that he didn't have the crown screwed down. You have to push in the crown and turn it and it recesses back into the watch; it's not waterproof until you do that. I made the same error when I first got it. I've already gotten two compliments on the watch; never once with my Movado that was 3 times the price. I have a small wrist and use the very last notch on the line...
Profound looking watch, sturdy, but not water proof
I've been looking for a mighty Black watch that was still sporty for a long time. Bulova pulled off a great look with the Precisionist. I've a smaller wrist and most watches likely to look like wall clocks on my wrist, the Bulova sits quite well and features a hooked glass, breaking the large size appearance. The reason I've not given this watch a 5 star survey is as follows; Three times I've had the watch fog up, only to take hours before the glass was clear. Keep in mind, i'm not swimming in this watch (rated to 300 Meters). I'm captivating it off prior to a shower. I'm not sure if I've received a bad watch or if it's a constant. Still for the money, it's a great watch at a great consequence. I still wear this watch often, and will likely continue to.

Bought this for myself as a Xmas alms! Exactly what I was looking for as far as style, I am not a watch snob or have a huge collection. It looks great on my wrist and not too big at all, it's just bang on. My other daily wearer was a Citizen skyhawk. I love the sweeping second hand on this one. Only sentiment I could see me maybe not liking down the road is the rubber strap if it doesn't hold up. I have had others that end up breaking, but they can be replaced. But it panic fine now and getting lots of compliments on it so far. The crown (to set the time) is a screw down type which I have never had on a watch before. You unscrew to be enthusiastic for out and use, then you can screw it down by hand to keep it from accidentally being pulled out and keep a tight seal. Very clean looking work, I love it.
