I have had this examine for nearly 10 years. Except for a scratch in the crystal, it still looks great. I wear it virtually every day. It has outlasted 4 or 5 bands. I love it and I want another one.
Cordial looking watch with roman numerals and clean lines.
I like the look of this guard against which has nice clean lines with a white face and black roman numerals and hands. The lieutenant hand is gold like the case. The case is also fairly thin at about 0.25 inches (0.5 cm). I did not find the strap too insufficient as indicated in two of the reviews. I must have smaller wrists. I measured the length of the strap from the the buckle to the pre-drilled holes and it should fit wrists with a circumference of 6.75 to 8.25 inches (17.5 cm to 21 cm). There is an supplementary 0.5 inches (1 cm) in which you could drill your own hole.

huge watch

Vast Value for Money
This peer at was touted in the August 2011 issue of GQ under the title, "I can't believe it's not vintage." The succinct article states in part, "The coolest timepieces right now look like something your dad bought decades ago..." This skinned for certainly fits that description. It is simple, functional and very understated, all of which combines to give this timepiece its final appeal. Some watches costing 10 times as much don't look as good. The watch can be done in with a suit or with casual clothes. This is a must have watch for the man with limited means who wants to look his A-. I own watches which cost quite a bit more, but I still went out and purchased this one to give me flexibility in my wardrobe. Purchase this keep safe along with Bulova model 96B104; you will spend under $250 (in total) and will always have a classy looking watch to drag whatever the occasion.
Substantial watch
For a supervise costing a little over $100 it is a great buy. I have had it for about a month and so far it has been an excellent time keeper. It is an well turned out dress watch well worth the cost.

Impressing, but ruthless to tell time with!
I have this eye and I totally agree. It's a beautiful watch. It's a little heavy, but I like heavy watches. I received it as a 25 year alms from the company I work for. The only negative I have with the watch is that the hour and minute hands are hard to see because they intermingling in with the face of the watch. In certain lighting conditions it's very difficult to tell the time. You have to find just the true angle to see the hands on the watch. If you want a watch primarily for it's looks, this is one to consider. I give entr several positive comments about it's looks. However, if you absolutely NEED a watch for telling the time you may need to look for one with hour and minute hands that are easier to read, or you can always use your cell phone to get the span and use the watch to impress people. ;-) So I give the watch 5 stars for quality and appearance, but 2 stars for realistic functionality. unbelievable product from Bulova
Please do not get carried in another place by the fact that the hour minute hands are not visible. this is an awesaome product. this was given as a genius for my first wedding anniversary from my wife, trust me, when you wear this, defninitely you will feel the pride of wearing a bulova. no dearth to hesitate, this is one of the best for you. there is only for draw back (may be its not for others), the watch is slightly heavy when compared to my old one.Overall a very very reliable watch.
Impressive
This timepiece looks even better in person than it does in the photographs. I received this watch as graduation at this point in time the time being and it looks amazing. It feels just right. It is exquisitely detailed and (IMO) has a rather intricate kisser. I get lots of unsolicited, positive comments on it, and I think it looks much more expensive than it actually is. I couldn't be happier - it's a very well-founded, classy watch.
