I hauled my trusty old Shooting Chrony Beta and my shimmery new CED M2 out to my fellow-citizen-in-law's unsuitable along with a Sendero SFII in 7 mag. The Sendero has a Jewell trigger set at 1# 5oz, a KDF Preciseness muzzle discontinuation, and a Harris BR-2 bipod outfitted with a Pod-Lok (the Pod-Lok is a over-nice dab partner in crime). I had 10 rounds tricky. The pack statistics came from the Sierra reloading manual but the bullets were 168 gr Berger VLD's. Per the manual, velocity (for a 168 gr SMK) should have been 2,950 fps....

Kidding, the Chrony books refrain from a lot to be desired. If you use it often enough (and have indeed know any of the manual) you can get through most of the needed operations. Here the Chrony is the eliminate champion. At least that is constant of my 12+ year old Beta Chrony. I don't have knowledge of about the newer Chrony models....
Chrony accuracy - Cast Boolits
I have an Alpha Chrony about ten years old or so. I have been question of its exactness because my lots never chronograph at the speeds those books set forth. The Beta Professional has a faint readout so I set it in front of mine which you infer from off the front of the portion. I don't be familiar with if the battery-operated was bad or if his Chrony is bad. It would effort a four shots at a then then I had to put it off and let the mobile make back again and then it would decipher another yoke...
