Seiko Orange Monster Inescapable Dive Watch
Bought the mind from Amazon Sunday evening and it arrived on Thursday evening with the 5-day delivery service. I've had it for a few period and I am extremely happy with it. I also own a Rolex Submariner, Breitling Chronomat, Omega Seamaster Chrono, Inhabitant Nighthawk, and some assorted Casios and Timexes. This Seiko automatic watch ranks just a hair's breadth below the $2000+ Swiss watches, but for under $200, it's an unbelievable value. The quality and workmanship are tickety-boo for a price in this range. For example, the second and minute hands line up exactly with the gallimaufry marks; when the second hand hits 12, the minute hand is algined carefully with the minute hash mark. Wow, I've seen $1000 Swiss quartz watches that don't do that. The council of all the components look top notch. The rotating bezel has a precision feel and the click-stops prepare exactly with the hash marks on the dial. The alphanumeric markings, Lumbrite markers, and hands materialize of high quality. Very Potent & Looks Good too!
I've had a lot of watches in my existence. Some dressy, some functional, and some practically indestructible. This watch is a combination of all these factors. Very solid sensitive (and much heavier than my titanium dive watch). Looks great and functions well. I also like the wetsuit concatenate which allows a quick adjustment to fit over your wetsuit. The orange face is very legible, and at night, the alert for glows almost bright enough to read by! The clasp is very secure, with a dual button release and an addendum clasp to prevent accidental opening. Day & date are easy to adjust and very readable (much improve than my Citizen). This is a solid performing watch and worth the money!

The Seiko "Blacklist Monster" is making watch history right in front of our eyes. Everyone interested in an automatc dive watch over should look at this or its Orange, Blue or Yellow brothers as a "must have" watch. Every collector I know - no matter how garrulous or selective - has a Monster in the watchbox.I am the owner of the Orange, Blue and Black Monster watches. Tremendous Watch - Excellent Quality
The 'Blacklist Monster', as it is officially called by Seiko, is a fantastic, durable watch. Be advised that the size of it may look unrepresentative. It is a large watch - bulky and big. The band is large and can fit those who have a hard time with standard magnitude watches. The face is magnified so it is very easy to read with the glow features. This watch puts any cumbersome Breitling or similar overpriced watches to shame, for the simple reason that the watch is a stable great looking watch and its better to save a few THOUSAND dollars.I like that the bezel is off forefront so its comfortable and doesn't get in the way of your wrist.Everything about this watch is durable. I never plan to wear it for scuba somersaulting but the quality is there. It's obvious.The only con is that I did not buy it sooner.Make a smart purchase and save the money over those overpriced competitors. Get mellifluous in 20 years putting that money away. Very keen sport watch. The lume is VERY BRIGHT! I will be wearing this watch as an everyday beater. It appears to be independent, although I will have a better idea of this in future. The time keeping is within 8 seconds/day which is very good. At night, I can authorization this watch on the night stand, and it will glow very brightly all night long. I have other dive watches that are much more precious and the lume coating doesn't even come close to brightness and lasting ability.I am not unavoidable if I like the plastic ring around the bezel. It doesn't change the feel of the watch on your wrist, and I appropriate it's for protection. The orange monster does not have this. It does however, affect the ability to turn the bezel. You have to hinge on the bezel from either the top, or from the 2 o'clock and 8 o'clock positions on the bezel. The band seems to be cheap.
