this is a flattering solid watch keeps time well and stands up to a test i am a deployed marine and this sit with takes a beating!!! not saying you should go rock climbing with it but if it gets bumped around from but to time it can take it

I bought this take note for my boyfriend's birthday and since he's a pilot he obviously enjoyed it a lot, it has many features and size and color's very well-ordered and elegant.He love it and I loved it in him too!

SNAB69 Mind
Uncompromising is an understatement, it is very heavy. It is a pilot's watch, but it doesn't have a tachymeter which is what I mostly wanted. It was a gift from my missus and I will keep it, but I will probably eventually ditch it for what I really want. At least it isn't a Swiss piece of junk. The Swiss can't present a decent watch for less than $2,000. I had a Swiss Tissot watch that cost $1,000 and it lasted one month longer than the commitment. It cost more than this Seiko to repair and lasted another six months before it broke again. I will never waste my money on a Swiss to again, they should stick to making knives, that they do that well!

Gorgeous
This eye is a very attractive timepiece. Hefty in weight and size, the watch will exude a commanding aura from your wrist. The flight computing features deriving from its rotary slide rule allocate for calculations ranging from multiplication, division, and square root to navigational computations of at the same time, speed, distance, and much more. A manual stopwatch and alarm function, the latter of which may be used as an alternate timekeeper for a other time zone, each work to make this watch all the more alluring. On a side note, the watch was in-forefather and shipped promptly. Aside from auctions at Ebay, perhaps, the current (12/06) $225 price is also the lowest convenient for this amazing Seiko! Recommended!
A Very Appealing Watch
I have been in darling with aero chronograph watches for most of my life. I bought the first one when I was 15. My ideal time-helping has been the Breitling Cosmonaute, but the $4000+ price is an absurbity that offends my sensibilites. This series of Chronographs from Seiko (SNA411, 413 & 414) are the most voluptuous watches I've seen in years. The photos don't do it justice. Fit and finish are impeccable. I may buy another one to put aside for the to be to come. I can't look at this watch without grinning. It may even satisfy my Breitling-lust!

THIS IS SEIKOS Most excellently WATCH, FAR BETTER MADE THAN SEVERAL OF THEIR MORE EXPENSIVE MODELS, I OWN SEVERAL DIFFERENT WATCHES, THIS IS THE BEST. IT APPROACHES MY ROLEX IN Be AND LOOKS GREAT. ITS ALSO PRICED SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE IN THE LOCAL DEPT STORES IF YOU CAN FIND ONE. A Latest Mechanical Jewel
I bought this ready for for myself for Christmas 3 years ago and still love it.At the time I really wanted a Breitling Navitimer Fighter but they were selling for around $3,000, and I knew I wouldn't stand comfortable walking around with thousands of bucks on my wrist.I happened on this watch on Amazon and was in a second taken with it. Let me say, that the photo does not do this watch justice. When I received the Seiko I was surprised that it had much more sparkle than this photo imparts. And what de facto impressed me was that the face has great depth to it. The photo on Amazon shows a flat angry surface with a mishmash of white lettering all over it, but in reality it looks much more like a mini metal Roman Colliseum with raised sides and a recessed fore plain under thick glass. The face is about 3/8" thick. Very substantial and classy looking. Also, there is more contrast between the glowing center of the wrist band next to the flat silver sides than this photo...

mind to rules rule!
I bought this ready for for the slide rules function on the bezel. It is very handy for me in my profession to be able to do multiplication, diremption, ratios and conversions on the watch. The only problem is that the numbers are a little smallOver all very well built and hard-wearing watch.

I bought one to succeed my aging Seiko, and love it. Good ol' Seiko Chronograph in the middle, and the bezel does regular non-flying multiplication and partition in addition to the airplane-related calculations, though you wouldn't know it from reading the instructions. Here's how:Sicken the outer ring so that the number you want to multiply is opposite the 10 on the inner torc, and then find the number you're multiplying by on the inner ring and read the product from the outer ring facing that.Division is the reverse of multiplication -- line up the dividend on the outside ring with the divisor on the guts, and read the quotient opposite the inner 10.
