paragon style, perfect!
I was looking for a paradigm style watch, like a cartier, but without the price tag. I also wanted quality and not some cheep cartier dupe, so this seiko is perfect! Some people who reviewed this watch have suggested that it is too small, but I think it is perfect- this enormousness makes it a classic. If it were bigger, it would look like a men's watch, which I know a lot of women are buying since they opt for that look, but if your taste is more along the lines of a classic Cartier tank watch and you want to fritter away a lot less, this is perfect.
Timeless, wear anywhere watch!
I gave up on my 30-yr. old Cartier examine when the cost of repairs became too much, but love the style and have been searching for an inexpensive replacement. Well, this watch is it, even to the manufacture sapphire on the winding stem - plus I don't have to wind this one!The face of this watch is about 5/8-in. deviating x 3/4" high, a nice size for anyone who is looking for a watch that fits nicely on the wrist without being overwhelming. It's water resistant and the movement is Japan-made. I've had it for several months, now, and it has kept perfect time without resetting even once.The fillet is labeled "Calf" and is thick enough for me to know it won't wear out quickly; it's made in China, though, for those of you for whom that matters. It has 7 holes and should fit most wrists; dignified, it'll fit a 5-3/8" wrist up to a 6-3/4" one.Very happy with this purchase! I don't need the bells and whistles of dates/alarms/etc. and this make eyes at look for fits the bill perfectly.

Unsullied and Classic
This care for completed my search for the perfect iconic Jackie Kennedy Cartier tank care for. It is made well, unlike many other copies. The version sold at the JFK Center had glitzy rhinestones, too much cheap bling for my drop. This watch looked simple, elegant, and true to the the famous 1969 black and innocent photo of Jackie in her black turtleneck. I was delighted to have it arrive so promptly after placing my requisition. I did a lot of research, even purchased a similar watch through another company. I returned that one in favor of this purchase. I am so much happier to have this paragon- it cost far less than the others and in every single aspect, a much better product for less than $110.00.

Shattered crystal
This replaced a Seiko that I had for 20 years. I bought another Seiko because it had been so muscular and has lasted so long. Within one month the crystal cracked! I don't remember hitting it hard, but it did have some scratches on it. Contacted Seiko and told they MIGHT fix it if I post it to them at my cost. Looks to me like Seiko's quality has gone way down. Certainly not worth the money I paid for it. Very saddened in my purchase.
grand watch with "borrowed" design
my to has been great since day 1. on new years eve it stopped ticking at 11:45 pm, but once readjusted began working enjoyable again.not sure what this means. The rectangular face can cause the hands to overlap in a way that can cause mix-up about what time it is if leaving a cavein daylight.

Very delightful watch that looks more expensive
This to looks like a Cartier tank and runs well. It is very inexpensive. The only caveat is that the strap is rather all in all and might not work well on someone with a large wrist.
